#kitchenmelin - Resepi Siput Sedut Masak Lemak Cili Api

source : Google

Bila ada kat rumah, teragak nak makan pape, terus gi pasar, Giant or Tesco yang paling dekat, beli barang untuk masak pastu simpan buat stok seminggu.
So, hari ni rajin sikit nak share, if korang google pun boleh, yang aku buat tadi  ni tak banyak beza pun dengan kat internet punya, cuma this is my version.
Gigih gak ar tadi aku menyiang siput tersebut, dah la kotor berlumpur, kalau ikutkan hati tadi memang nak termuntah, tapi ku tahan.. teringin punya pasal. Nak tunggu balik Melaka mak buatkan, entah bila masa nak balik.. so sendiri buat jelah.. First time try ni!

Bahan-bahan
1 plastik siput sedut. (beli kat pasar, RM6)
*2 ulas bawang besar.
*2 ulas bawang putih.
*15 biji cili api. (aku prefer pedas, kalau tak pedas aku cepat loya)
*sedikit halia
*sedikit kunyit.
sedikit serbuk kunyit. (aku tambah bagi colour dia kuning sikit)
1 cawan santan.
2 asam keping
1 helai daun kunyit (koyakkan)
2 biji lada merah (aku potong tengah, buat hiasan jer)
1 batang serai (dititik)
garam secukup rasa
sedikit gula

*sila blend bersama yer

Cara-cara
1. Letak air hingga setengah periuk dan masukkan bahan bertanda *.
2. Masukkan santan, lada, asam keping dan serbuk kunyit. Masak dengan api sederhana supaya tidak pecah minyak.
3. Masukkan garam dan gula, kacau sampai mendidih.
4. Masukkan siput, daun kunyit dan kacau lagi 2-3 minit. Then, siap.. Senang gila kan???

Tambahan:
Aku tumis tanpa minyak, so tak rasa oily sangat.

Approaching Week 16.

*or I should say Week 12*

Checkup
Like I've posted before, monthly checkup went so well. So pasni aku takyah la mengelabah sangat, takut sana sini kalau my blood pressure is in good condition. Memang tak perlu cucuk! All this while memang aku buat checkup di goverment Klinik Kesihatan. Needless to say more, checkup in details, plus dekat dengan rumah but still aku gi private clinic bila nak buat ultrasound scan. Teringin nak tengok baby for second time.

Morning sickness.
Dah kurang, compare to week 5 - 12. Dengan kuat tido, selalu sakit kepala, sensitip dengan bau and kurang selera makan. Pakej! Alhamdulillah, sekarang memang dah sangat okay, cuma still takleh tahan time gosok gigi and bau syampu rambut sendiri.

Belly progression
Just a little baby bump (belum berkesempatan nak snap picture). Sampai kawan kawan cakap,
''Perut buncit aku lagi besar dari perut kau!''
Memang aku risau, tapi last checkup, nurse pun tak komen apa, so i guess its normal. Maybe sebab aku selim melim kott. Hehe. Tapi tapi tapi... semalam lunch kat Alamanda, terperasan kat cermin, eh macam besar lak perut aku! Terbonjol dengan luar biasa.. Excited, pastu soh munchkin tengok cermin tu, dia senyum senyum jer. Eh budak ni, respond lah sikit!  -__-

Appetite/Mengidam
Alhamdulillah takde mintak benda bukan bukan. Setakat nak ayam Kepsi, sushi, nasi kerabu and meatballs tu normal lah kan.. Bab makan pun tak fussy sangat, cuma aku prefer mee berkuah and bubur nasi. Sodap! Tapi jangan offer balik Melaka. Bila mak dah masak, 4 pinggan nasi masa lunch, 4 pinggan nasi masa dinner. Nekmat!
Ubat lak I've no problem at all to take daily. Dah jadi rutin, so memang jarang lupa. Susu pun hari hari minum. Kalau ter-miss sehari, KONFEM kena bebel dengan munchkin. Sian anak dia katanya, tak cukup makan.. Sabar jelah aku..

Before this, I've a bit difficulties nak telan susu. Selalu memang munchkin buatkan, buh 4-6 sudu sekali minum, pastu minum depan dia. Bila aku lambat minum sikit sikit, nak nangis and loya nak muntah, terus kena marah. Manja sangat lah, layankan ngada tu sangat lahh. Sedih aku.
Sekarang merajuk, tanak minum depan dia lagi.. Buat tiap tiap pagi minum sendiri. Dia takkan tau macam mana payah aku struggle nak telan. Tapi ada baiknya jugak, sometimes aku boleh ngelat, buh 3 sudu jer, takpun minum 80% jer. Hehehehe. Oops!

Baby stuff preparation.
Langsung takde beli lagi, baru survey harga, tempat and brand. Boleh tahan gak regenya, heh. Tapi best! Everything looks cute! Munchkin sekarang dah pantang nampak anak orang, tengok tak lepas. Kalau boleh pegang, dia nak pegang. Saba jelah, kadang kadang bahan dia gak.
Amboi, tak sabar nampak!
Ye ahhh, nak tunggu anak sendiri lambat lagi, bulan 10..
Hello, bersyukur lah dah nak dapat.. daripada takde.. Bluekk!
Senyap terus dia.. HAHA. Padan muka!
Tak sangka, loving jugak laki aku ni rupanya. Selalu nampak dia membuli budak jer..
Dalam list pun, macam macam nak beli. InsyaAllah, lagi 2-3 bulan baru lah start shopping. Gender pun belum tau lagi ni haa.

Life routine
Takde masalah nak buat kerja rumah, cuma cepat penat bila berdiri lama and rasa nak pitam. Kurang darah lah kot. Since aku ada beli 2-3 buku about pregnancy, so senang la aku nak baca any surah yang boleh di amalkan. Takyah susah susah search any info or tips on pregnancy. Perut pun belum besar mana, so still pakai jeans macam biasa, sometimes gi selongkar jeans lama, yang 2 3 inches bigger. Heels? Big no no. Kalau pakai gak (time gi wedding) memang munchkin bebel. So, setia dengan flats sajor sampai dah naik bosan. Munchkin, jom beli flats baru!!! =D

26 March, 2011

Second check up.

....went so well! Sampai KK Bandar Putra at 8.30 am.
Ada briefing on exclusive breastfeeding. Sian akak nurse tu, KK baru so takde patung lagi.
So dia dok picit picit boobs dia nak tunjuk demo. *aku yang malu lebih*
Timbang berat, naik 500 gram! Yayy! Amek BP, ok normal.
SINCE LAST CHECK UP DARAH AKU NORMAL, SO THIS TIME TAKYAH KENA CUCUK!!!
ya Allah, happy sesangat!!! Tak sia sia doa bebanyak. Tuhan makbulkan.
Pastu just kena amek sample urine, then jumpa nurse untuk check baby dalam perut. Pastu, balik pukul 10 am!! Terus gi tapau roti telur kat mamak, makan kat rumah. Habess...

At week 15

P/S: Tengok baby macam dah besar je kan??? Baby bump aku memang kecit. Risau lak aku. Nurse tak risau plak, asal aku nak risau?? T__T

EnfaMama A+

Jatuh hati sudahhhhh..

QUICK FACTS:

High calcium to support strong bones and teeth.
  • Iron for formation of red blood cells which carry oxygen to all parts of the body.
  • (I really need this, aku kurang darah.)
  • High folic acid for proper growth and development.

I've been explained by the promoter masa nak capai susu Anmum which is much cheaper. Hehe. Aku mudah loya, so takut kang membazir kalau beli mahal mahal, pastu tak minum. Cerita punya cerita, memang EnfaMama A+ lagi banyak benefits. (So no wonder their price jauh beza.)
Kakak tu cakap lagi, susu ni boleh buat tambah susu untuk breastfeeding nanti, bagi energy and less fat. Oh satu lagi yang buat aku nak makan Anmum is, badan aku agak kering. So I heard Anmum boleh buat ibu and baby gemuk sikit! Tapi kakak tu kata tak elok sebenarnya.
Haishhh, konpius makk! Malas pikir panjang, me and munchkin terus amek EnfaMama A+.
Tersangatlah puas hati, rasa pun sedap macam susu Dutch Lady! Nyum nyumm!!

Pregnancy Eating: What's Safe, What's Not

Watch out for: Soft cheese

Why: Cheeses like feta, goat cheese, Brie, Camembert, blue cheese, and Mexican queso fresco or queso blanco are more apt to be made with unpasteurized milk than harder cheeses like cheddar or Swiss. "There's a chance these soft cheeses could contain listeria, a bacteria that would otherwise get killed during pasteurization. This infection can lead to miscarriage or preterm delivery. Small-batch artisan cheeses (even harmless-sounding ones, like cheddar) are also often unpasteurized.

Watch out for: Cold cuts and deli meat

Why: As with soft cheeses, there's a small risk that harmful listeria bacteria may lurk in fresh-from-the-deli-counter meats like turkey and ham. Dr. Morse also advises steering clear of whole, cooked rotisserie chickens and turkey breasts if they're being stored in a refrigerated case. Listeria can survive cold temps, which means there's still an off-chance they could make you sick; however, chicken that has been recently cooked and is still under the warmer is fine.

Watch out for: High-mercury fish

Why: Certain fish mostly big, top-of-the-food chain types contain high levels of mercury, which isn't good for anyone's health (pregnant or not), but they can be particularly harmful to a developing baby's nervous system, lungs, kidneys, vision, and hearing
On the Do-Not-Eat list: shark, swordfish, tilefish, king mackerel, orange roughy, grouper, tuna steaks, saltwater bass, and canned solid white albacore tuna (which is bigger, and has therefore more mercury than the smaller tunas used in the kind labeled "chunk light").

Bottom line: Steer clear of high-mercury fish, but don't give up seafood entirely. Many varieties, like salmon, herring, and sardines, contain heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids including DHA, which research shows may boost fetal brain development. In fact, one recent study found that nearly 75 percent of pregnant women may not be eating enough low-mercury fish during pregnancy.
You should aim for up to 12 ounces a week (or about two generous servings) of these "safe fish" including salmon, shrimp, haddock, cod, catfish, flounder, sole, tilapia, and scallops. If you love tuna fish sandwiches, you can still eat the canned light kind once a week (about three to six ounces). Oh, and needless to say, we're talking about cooked fish here (more on sushi next).

Watch out for: Sushi and sashimi

Why: There's a slight chance that raw fish may contain bacteria or microbes that could cause food poisoning. "But the main concern with sushi is that in the unlikely event that you get a parasite, it's not only exceedingly unpleasant, it's harder to treat in pregnancy. The parasite can also take vital nutrients away from your growing baby," says Dr. Morse. Plus, some of the most popular sushi rolls (like spicy tuna) may contain too-high mercury levels.

Bottom line: Skip raw-fish sushi, but rolls made with fully-cooked fish are A-OK. Sushi made with eel, crab, or anything done tempura-style (which means it's been battered and fried) is perfectly safe to eat. California rolls also make the go-for-it list, as do veggie rolls, like avocado or cucumber.

ya Allah, terliur. All these are my fav!

Watch out for: Raw or runny eggs

Why: There's a slight risk of salmonella and other food-borne illnesses from eggs cooked sunny side up, and from sources of uncooked eggs such as Caesar salad dressing or raw cookie dough. "Your immune system is weaker when you're pregnant, which means that a bug that wouldn't have caused food poisoning before may affect you more now," says Redfern. Also, vomiting or diarrhea that would have just been uncomfortable and annoying before you were pregnant can more easily trigger dehydration now, which has the potential to affect fetal growth and in rare cases can lead to preterm labor.

Bottom line: As long as you make sure your eggs are cooked through, it's safe to eat them and you should! Eggs are a great source of protein and choline, a nutrient that research shows may boost fetal brain development and prevent certain birth defects.
FYI: Most Caesar dressing from the supermarket is not made with raw eggs; it's the kind freshly prepared at restaurants that you should avoid.

Watch out for: High amounts of coffee, soda, or any caffeinated beverage

Why: Some research shows that lots of caffeine (considered to be more than two to three cups of coffee a day) can raise your risk of miscarriage. It has also been linked to preterm delivery and low birth weight. A Kaiser Permanente study, for example, found that pregnant women who consumed more than 200 milligrams of caffeine a day had double the miscarriage risk of those who had none.

Bottom line: Limit your caffeine intake, but you don't have to cut it out entirely. Most experts agree that a small cup of coffee or soda or two a day is probably fine. (Talk to your doctor if you're concerned or you have a history of miscarriage or preterm labor.) The tricky thing is that coffee's potency can vary greatly depending on the beans and how it's brewed. The cup you get at Starbucks, for example, is likely to be way stronger than the one you'd make at home. As a general rule, an 8-ounce home-brewed cup of java packs about 100 milligrams. Regular tea and caffeinated sodas contain about one-third of this amount per serving. Stay under 10 ounces of regular coffee and 20 ounces of regular tea; anything more should be decaf.
All time favourite!

Watch out for: Saccharine

Why: Experts advise avoiding saccharine, the stuff in Sweet N' Low, during pregnancy. "Unlike other artificial sweeteners, like Equal or NutraSweet, saccharine can cross the placenta," Redfern says. "Even though it's been shown to be harmless in people, we recommend skipping it just to be extra cautious."

Bottom line: Skip Sweet'N Low, but you can use other artificial sweeteners in moderation. Those made with aspartame and sucralose, like Equal, NutraSweet, NutraTaste, and Splenda, are safe, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). However, while a diet Coke or the packet of Equal you sprinkle into your cereal is probably fine, you don't want to eat and drink the stuff all day long, says Redfern. "It's not so much that they're unsafe, they're just not a healthy choice," says Redfern. "Especially when it comes to things like diet soda -- you're sipping fake everything instead of something actually nutritious, like 100 percent fruit juice or skim milk." For a natural low-calorie drink, she suggests adding two ounces of juice to 14 ounces of water with ice.

Watch out for: Herbal teas

Why: Some herbs can have medicinal effects just like actual drugs, which is why the FDA and many doctors advise steering clear of certain varieties. Even though the amount of herbs used in commercial teas isn't believed to be strong enough to cause problems, because the FDA doesn't regulate them, there's no way of knowing exactly how potent they are. "I generally recommend patients avoid teas containing chamomile and hibiscus because some evidence suggests that in high amounts they may cause problems like preterm labor," says Dr. Morse. "But the main reason we're so cautious is that we just don't have a lot of data here." Comfrey and sassafras are other herbs that experts recommend pregnant women avoid.

Bottom line: Check your herbal tea ingredient label and ask your doctor if there's anything in it you should avoid. Not all herbs are unsafe during pregnancy -- a cup or two of mild mint or fruit-flavored tea is fine, says Dr. Morse. So are green and black teas (just read labels and watch your caffeine intake). And stick to known brands to be on the safe side.

Watch out for: Spicy foods

Why: Piling on those jalapenos can give pregnant women major heartburn, something you're already prone to these days. While this won't harm your baby, it can feel lousy for you. And women with GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease, a more severe, chronic form of heartburn) should take extra care to avoid spicy dishes.

Bottom line: If you get heartburn, skip anything spicy; if you don't, indulge away. (Just have Tums at the ready when you chow down.) If you've heard rumors that things like hot peppers, curries, Tabasco, fiery sauces and the like are thought to bring on labor, ignore them. There's no evidence that they do.
(my fav while pregnant!)

Watch out for: Alcohol

Why: It's a well-established fact that drinking alcohol frequently during pregnancy can seriously harm an unborn baby, causing a number of physical and mental birth defects. But we don't yet know exactly how much is harmful. There's no research, for instance, on the effects of having just a couple of drinks during pregnancy, so experts can't say what -- if anything -- is considered a safe amount. They do know that alcohol crosses the placenta right away, so your baby drinks whatever you do. "Since we don't know how much alcohol it actually takes to harm a fetus, it's best to just have none," says Dr. Morse.

Bottom line: It's safest to stick to virgin versions of your favorite drinks until baby arrives. But it's up to you and your healthcare provider to decide what you're comfortable with. Some doctors may be okay with a small glass of bubbly on New Year's Eve or an occasional drink toward the end of pregnancy.

SHORT TRIP : Legend Water Chalets, Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan

February 16th
Meh ler jamu mata dengan interior designs in our room.
Hehe.. Puas hati. Siap ada day bed lagi..
It's a wedding gift from Munchkin's uncle actually. Free 3D 2N package plus breakfast. Munchkin asyik postpone tukar tarikh. Busy katanya. Last-last we all confirm pegi on February 16th.
Lepas settle both reception events. Syiokk pegi weekdays. Tak padat sangat orang.. =)

cover cover perut dulu..

We all sampai sana petang. Lepas check in, Munchkin terus nak campak fish rod kat verandar. Mendapat. Nasib umpan belum beli.
Chillax jap layan tv, then sesiap nak gi dinner. Dalam kepala dah teringat ayam kepsi padahal all the way nak sampai PD tak benti remind Munchkin, orang nak makan pari bakar.
Ape la anak ibu ni.. nak makan ayam kepsi lak. Kita kat tepi laut, makan ikan bakar lah! Baru feeling....

Nampak tak rose kat atas bath tub?
Masa we all baru baru sampai, lepas tengok tv semua tu.. Aku siap siap nak mandi..
Kan nak gi dinner.. Munchkin keluar time tu nak beli snacks for supper! So aku pun mandi la dulu..
Masa mandi, aku memang tak tutup pintu. Sebab? First time masuk shower room tu, aku tak boleh bukak pintu. Panik! Ingatkan pintu rosak, rupanya aku yang tak kuat bukak pintu tu balik. Hampeh! Lembik!
So aku just biarkan pintu tu terbukak sikit.. Hehe.

Cut it short, aku dengar Munchkin balik. Dan dan dia terus tutup pintu shower room.
Woiii, apesal tutup??? Susah nak bukak balik!!!
Lepas jer aku bukak, aku nampak Munchkin letak ros kat atas sinki. Kantoi!
Padan lah keluar lamaaaaaa.. Rupanya gi carik fresh flowers kat pekan.
Alahai, romantik jugak laki aku ni.. Meow meowww..

Lepas mandi, aku nampak lagi bunga ros kat atas meja sebelah katil.
Sian Munchkin, tengah feeling honeymoon tapi aku mabuk loya.. Takde perasaan sangat.
Sorry sayang! I love you soooo much okay!
Before keluar, Munchkin sempat tanya kat receptionist mana kedai ikan bakar paling sedap.
That guy cakap deret Maybank. So yes, highly recommended to y'all!

Ikan bakar with air asam
Tomyam Campur (kaw gila gila sedap)
Kailan Ikan Masin.
Limau Ais
Sirap
Total : RM 52.50

Murah pun murah,
Memang menggila gila makan! Bertambah moncett perut yang dah tersedia moncett tu..
Abes jer makan dah tak pikir apa, sampai bilik nak terus tidur. Munchkin kata gitu.
Tapi tak sampai 5 minit tengok tv (dah sampai bilik), dia dah selongkar plastik cari Potato Chips. Hihi. Demok!

Demok. i love youuuu!

February 17th
Bangun pagi, gosok gigi mandi... Siap siap nak gi breakfast! First thing yang tangkap perut aku is nasi lemak!
Sedap gils. Tak sia sia amek. Sekali dengan French Toast, fresh fruits, roti, baked beans and fresh orange. lepas makan terus melabur, nekmat!
Plan nak gi swimming pool lepas breakfast, around 10 am. Dah siap dengan swimsuits, tapi macam segan plak bila tengok perut agak terbonjol, dulu pakai selim melim jer. *ok sungguh vain!*
So tak jadik berendam, just sunbathing. Ala ala minah saleh gitu.
Munchkin mandi sorang.
Masa munchkin dah puas swimming, so dia gi kat counter nak pulang towel.
Aku nampak rabbits dalam open cage. It's like pagar jaring jaring jer kat mini garden.
Comel yang amat!! Angora kot. Jinak lak tu! Kalau kita panggil, hulur hulur tangan dia akan datang dekat.
Aku tak tau nak bagi makan apa sebab aku tak penah bela rabbit.
So aku pun kutip lah makanan dia yang bulat bulat tu. Dia datang tapi tanak makan.
Dia cium cium jer pastu bau tangan aku.
Tak puas hati, pesal dia tanak makan ni?? Pa, asal dia tanak makan???
Munchkin senyum jer.
Ishhh, budak ni. Orang tanya serius ni, dia senyum senyum plak! (cakap dalam hati)
Aku tak puas hati lagi, makanan dia dok tergolek golek jatuh dari tangan, aku kutip banyak kali but still rabbits tu tanak makan.
Majok ahhhh. Aku pikir, dia tanak makan kot, dia nak bebas...
Hmmm takpelah..
Bila Munchkin ajak balik, nak berendam dalam bath tub plak katanya, aku pun ikut..
Pasrah sebab rabbits tanak makan...

On the way balik bilik, Munchkin tanya. Awak tau tak tadi awak pegang apa???
Aaaaaaaaaaaa, awakkkkkk.......... Jangan cakap tadi orang pegang taik arnab!!!!
Aku macam tiba tiba dapat tangkap bila munchkin tanya gitu. Arghhhh padanlah rabbits tanak makan!!!!!
Tak puas hati lagi, sebab benda tu tak lembik pun. Pastu macam banyak berterabur dalam cage. Mesti makanan dia, bukan taik... Hmmmmmm..
Aku tanya munchkin. Dia kata, ''Kalau tak caye sangat, japgi Google..''
Sampai bilik aku terus type tahi arnab.

Yes, mendalah ini lah yang aku cuba sedaya upaya nak bagi rabbits tadi makan.

SHIT! Aku pegang taik!!! *Malu dengan diri sendiri yang sungguh jahil tentang rabbits*
Uwaaaaa rasa nak nangis.. Macam mana boleh tersalah ni??
Munchkin gelak pecah pecah perut. Sabar jelah...
Takleh watpe. Benda dah jadik. Kalau bukak balik cerita ni, munchkin mesti gelak macam orang gila. Nyampah aku! =D

OK, dah merajuk tanak sambung cerita.
Petang tu we all pegi mandi pantai. Best sebab lama tak mandi laut!
Malam tu we all dinner kat KFC (Yayy!)
Pastu tapau pari bakar, makan kat bilik. Sekor 30 hengget! Mahal gak. Kedai dia exclusive sangat kot!
Biar lah. Janji dapat pari bakar.. =)
Before masuk bilik, we all gi mandi pool malam malam. Syiok! =)

Muka pun lemau, memang takde mood.

February 18th
As usual, bangun pagi nak gi breakfast! This time takde nasi lemak, pasrah..
Makan bihun goreng, fresh fruits gak,  and macam macam... Kali ni tak melabur! Hehe.
Arini nak check out dah, so balik breakfast terus packing.
Plan nak gerak awal sebab munchkin ada hal kat KL.
Lepas check out, aku ajak munchkin tengok rabbits jap. Nak bagi makan rumput plak. Hehe
ya Allah, laaaaju jer dia makan!!! Aku cabut rumput tu banyak kali, 2 3 ekor sekali datang!
Yela, rabbits makan rumput sebenarnya. Dia tak makan taik dia sendiri.. tskk.
So, that's it. 3 wonderful days at Port Dickson. We had so much fun there!
Nanti kita gi honeymoon lagi eh! Tak puas 3 hari. Dah lah time tu tengah mabuk. So tak fully enjoy. =)

Ok dah abes. Babai..

Wordless Wednesday - Pregnancy

think I should consider this.

01 March, 2011

Currently...

  • Gatal tangan buat mende ni. It's fun!!!

This is Chinese Gender Chart.

  • Lose her appetite, from 44 kg up to 48 kg in just a month but now im 45 kg.
  • Dah lepas fasa allergic to rice and onions.
  • Alhamdullilah, pinggang dah tak sakit, bloating mual mual pun dah kurang. Sudah mampu tidur dengan lebih lena.
  • Gila buah mangga, passion fruits, dragon fruits, kurma, prune, orange dan buah-buah yang sewaktu dengannya.

    Satu Hari di Klinik Kesihatan.

    28 February 2011
Today buat dental appointment plak. Sampai around 2.30 pm. Agak cuak. Memang salu gini pun. Kecut perut.
Lepas register, tengok tak ramai orang. Selamat..
Nurse panggil, masuk, then borak borak sikit dengan doc, then baring..
Tak sampai 2 minit dia check, dia kata, Ok good, 100% excellent!
Waaaa, bangga di situ . Padahal dah banyak kali dengar pun everytime gi jumpa dentist. Gittew
Pastu, nurse tulis-tulis sikit kat buku merah, then dah boleh balik.
Munchkin bebel, baik takyah gi cenggini kalau kejap jer.
Awak... kira bagus lah gigi orang baik, takyah nak kena tunggu lama-lama.. Hikhokhikhok

    24 February 2011
    OK, officially buat kad merah!
Semalam baru terasa diri gagah berani nak buat check up and scan baby.
Yup, 100% pregnant, dah nak masuk week 11 based on LMP.
Semalam doc kat private clinic cakap baru week 8, based on size baby kot.
Sian anak ibu, kecik jer.. tapi cute macam ibu kan? kan? kannnnn?  =)
On my first time pegi klinik kerajaan buat kad merah, memang sangat blur.
Nasib baik munchkin teman, dia familiar sikit tempat ni sebab nenek dia selalu buat medical check up kat klinik ni.
Dekat dengan rumah. Nurse nak datang pun senang.
Plus, nurse cakap banyak advantage kalau buat check up and deliver kat hospital kerajaan.
Aduh, biar betul??? Aku tanak! Fobia!
    Dia kata,
for first pregnancy, better deliver kat hospital kerajaan.
If ada any complication, senang doctor nak refer.
PLUS, dia kata mostly patients from private akan di hantar ke goverment if mereka ada masalah seperti breech or any complication yang private tanak handle.
    *ok, this is too much*
So lepas register and isi form, nurse panggil nak amek darah.
Disebabkan aku nangis masa cucuk jarum, semua nurse kat situ kenal and manjang senyum kat aku.
Yang tukang cucuk lagi tak tahan, bantai gelak depan muka aku. Kurang hasam. Malu..
Dia kata laki dia ada sebelah, tu yang manja lebih!
(Hello akak nurse, dah 4 kali. eh 5 kali saya kena cucuk tau!
Semua sakit! Tadi paling sakit!! Kata rasa macam kena gigit semut, saya mana tau! Semut pun saya tak bagi gigit tau dak??)
Tapi Kak Ti tu memang baik hati and friendly.
Lepas borak gelak-gelak and cerita pengalaman, akak nurse tu kata aku tak mature and cute! Boleh plak....

Lepas amek sample darah, kena hantar darah kat lab.
kat counter tu, kena bagi sample urine plak.
Aduh, tadi tak sempat nak breakfast bagai segala. Risau kang tak terkeluar!
Dapat separuh bekas, ok lah tuh..
Tunggu turn jap, then kena bawak result ke counter asal tadi.
Tunggu turn untuk next check up. lagi
Masuk bilik tu, kena baring sebab nurse nak check baby dalam perut.
Nape perut awak keras? Takut ke??
Eh takdelah, saya lapar.. Tadi tak sempat breakfast..
Derang bantai gelak lagi.. Sabar jelah tau. Aku serious ni.
Kat situ staff nurse pun baik baik belaka, friendly. Macam macam tanya.
Yang anak dara pun advise macam dah ada experience, pastu kena bahan dengan senior dia. Hihi.

Then, kena refer doc buat check up. Pegi next counter plak.
Aku rasa ni tunggu paling lama sebab ramai patient yang nak jumpa doc. So jenuh gak lah menunggu.
At the same time, boleh lah gi farmasi (another counter) untuk amek ubat.
Tadi aku dapat 5 jenis ubat, sekali dengan Folic Acid and B Complex.
Masuk je buat check up, doc tak scan sebab katanya aku dah buat scan semalam.
Official first scan bulan May nanti. Ok lahh..
Dapat ubat lagi, gi farmasi lagi...
Pastu dah boleh balik!!! Supposely tadi kena buat appointment dengan dentist.
Since dental appointment hanya hari Isnin dan Selasa, so kena lah proceed next week.
Doc cakap, time time ni, baby tengah nak membentuk tulang and gigi, so kalau you kurang kalsium, baby akan amek dari gigi and your tulang.. Takut kan??? So, start lah minum susu!!!
Next check up is on March 24th. Yay!
At the moment, we decided to buat regular check ups kat klinik kesihatan kerajaan. So far, satisfaction is guaranteed eventhough aku ban klinik/hospital kerajaan. But then, bila dah masuk third trimester, nak gi private terus sebab memang nak deliver kat private. Macam macam aku dengar cerita/pengalaman kat hospital kerajaan, so aku sangat tak berani. *Padan muka, sape soh dengar???*

Result 3 minggu lepas. Kaler pink. Cute!

Ok, kalau rajin nanti sambung lagi!

P/S: Kalau buat kad merah kat klinik kerajaan, memang tak kena bayar sesen pun eh? Curious gila..
